Phase I: Existing House Renovations

lonely dining room window to be uninstalled header installed making room made for its and other salvaged window's re-installation side by side, centered on that wall

discovered termite damaged sill band between slab of enclosed porch and kitchen pass through wall, needs to come out and be replaced

in order to get at sill band repair had to temporarily de-instal sink base cabinet

cleaned area where new sill band will be installed

more offending termite damage found.  this time the middle floor joist pictured here.  the girder it is attached to is also shot through with termite damage

good news though is permitted framing scope passed inspection today
