Ppost demo showing framing wall studs and diagonal sub floor.  Area around cam-mode showing signs of old repairs and  water damage.  Has to be dealt with before proceeding.

Continuing with tile installation. Accent glass tile and soap dishes in their place.

Tile worked around to shower fixture side.  Also done in scope but not documented; plumbing rough in for new shower head height, mixer and hot and cold shut of valves added in plumbers alley.

Tile tub surround install almost complete, floor tile complete. Both floor and tub surround still need to be grouted. New drywall has been primed and received first coat of finish paint, beginning of base board and window apron trim install to match existing interior trim in rest of house.

New cam-mode installed.  Pedestal sink installed, just need to complete drywall and paint work behind sink.  Floor has been grouted, all walls and ceiling and trim have been prepped primed and received first coat of finish paint.
