discovered termite damaged sill band between slab of enclosed porch and kitchen pass through wall, needs to come out and be replaced

in order to get at sill band repair had to temporarily de-instal sink base cabinet

more offending termite damage found.  this time the middle floor joist pictured here.  the girder it is attached to is also shot through with termite damage

good news though is permitted framing scope passed inspection today

Kitchen II

hardi backer tile board installed over sub floor in preparation for base cabinets install and then tiling

new cabinets and cupboards being installed.  (fabricated and installed by ALCO Custom Cabinets 919. 779. 3005)
